Day 1: Delhi to Kasol
As you arrive in Delhi you will have to make your way to the bus stop at Majnu ka Tila. Our representative will meet you at the bus stop.
The bus departs at 07:00pm. Enroute you will halt at a Dhaba for dinner (at your own cost). Post dinner the bus will directly stop at Kasol.
You will be booked on a luxury semi sleeper comfortable Premium AC bus. (sorry low-cost bus not available)
Day 2: Explore Kasol
This small hamlet is situated in Parvati Valley, on the banks of the Parvati River, on the way between Bhuntar and Manikaran. Post this you will be driven to your stay in Kasol at a beautiful Campsite. Check in and unwind. You will be taken on a small trek to visit the Chalal village. After spending some good time here amidst the beautiful valley and the gushing Parvati River you will head back to your cozy Tent. Rest of the day at leisure. You can spend time in the cafes or shopping. Dinner will be served at the campsite. Make sure you windup early as you will have an early morning trek tomorrow.
Day 3: Kheerganga Trek
Post an early breakfast you will be driven to Barshaini dam. After reaching Barsheni you will be briefed about the trek by our Trek Leader. You can take shoes, raincoat and walking stick on rent here. You can also hire a porter to carry your luggage or keep your luggage at the base. You will start the trek latest by 10 am in order to reach before sunset. Enroute you can eat lunch at the cafes. They serve maggi mainly. You will get many sources of good natural mineral water enroute to fill your bottles. Enjoy this trail with many waterfall enroute, views of snowy peaks and a thick forest. On reaching our camp at the Kheerganga check in and unwind. You can sit in the common room where there is a chimney to keep you warm. You can order food and beverages here. There are proper toilet facilities made with water supply. You will have good cosy tented accommodation with pillows and blankets. Enjoy the views till the sunset and later enjoy your evening with music and starry sky. Dinner will be served in the common room.
Day 4: Kheerganga - Kalga
Wake up to an amazing sunrise. The views will only get better and better. Visit the temple and take a dip in the hot springs. You will feel fresh post a hot water bath. All your tiredness from the previous days trek will be gone. Get back to campsite for breakfast. You will trek back to Barshaini dam. You can have lunch at the café. We'll be staying the night at Kalga. Sit around the bonfire and enjoy the rest of your evening. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 5: Kalga - Manali
Post an early breakfast we will head to Manali, on the way we'll be visiting Manikaran and spending 2 hours exploring the place. Post which we will be continuing on our way to Manali. Check in to the Hotel, unwind, freshen up and move out by 4pm to explore local sightseeing. Head out for the Old Manali sightseeing. Our tour coordinator will take you to the Ancient Hidimba temple. She was the wife of Bhima and the mother of Ghatothkach. This architectural appeal is surrounded by huge deodar trees. You can then spend time shopping in Manali Mall Road Market. Here you will find many quaint cafes where you can spend the rest of your evening. The sightseeing will be on foot throughout the day. Make sure you wear proper walking shoes and comfortable clothes. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 6: Manali Sightseeing
Get ready for full day sightseeing. Post an early breakfast you will be driven across the Atal tunnel and all the way to Sissu waterfall. This is a very scenic drive. You will see many snow peaks along the way and roads are beautiful. Atal tunnel makes it easy and quick to reach the other side which was a long route earlier. Sissu waterfall is a short trek up hill to get closer to the cascading thrills. You can also have lunch here. After spending some time here you will be driven to Solang Valley. Here you can do activities like Cable Car ride, Paragliding, ATV ride, Zip Lining (at an additional cost). Post all your activities we'll be taking our bus to return Delhi around 9pm.
Day 7: Reach Delhi
We'll be reaching Delhi, Majnu ka tila approximately 09.30 am depending on traffic conditions. For return journey you can book Train number: 12910. If you have booked Delhi-to-Delhi Tour, the trip ends here. For those opting train journey "Picture abhi baki hai mere dost". Lets grab some lunch at famous Food joints of Delhi and visit near by tourist attractions. Once done , lets catch train to Mumbai at 02:40PM.

Train/Bus/Flight Tickets:
Once your booking for this Tour is confirmed, We can assist you in getting train tickets from Mumbai to Delhi and back to Mumbai so that you can travel with our Team from Mumbai. Ideally train Tickets need to be reserved 45-60 days prior to travel date so that confirmed tickets can be availed from Indian Railways/Airline/Transport Company. We can help you in booking train tickets depending on the availability of the tickets during that time. Charges for same would be ₹ 3200 per person (This includes tickets from Mumbai to Delhi and Delhi to Mumbai 3AC). If there are changes in the ticket price and availability during the time of your booking the prices will be adjusted accordingly.

What is the procedure for train tickets after making payment?
Ans. Once you have made the payment for online booking, We will be sending you a KYC form (within 24-48 Hrs) to be submitted for yourself and participants in your group. After we receive the KYC details we will forward the relevant information to a ticketing agent for getting the train tickets booked in your name. The ticketing agent takes minimum 1 working day to get the processing done.
The tickets booked on your behalf will be either on RAC, Waiting List, or Confirmed Tickets depending on how soon or late you make the booking. The tickets are issued by Indian Railways, Mischief Treks or Ticketing agent cannot assure or have control on seat allocation or status of the ticket issued by Indian Railways. Our assistance is limited to get the booking done on your behalf.
Note: Kindly refer cancellation policy mentioned on this page for situations arising out of tickets getting cancelled by Indian Railways.
I have booked/paid for the event, is my booking confirmed?
Ans. No !, your booking can become invalid if you do not submit the "Most Important Details" required for emergency situations. We do not allow anyone to the tour until we have complete and authentic details of the person. This info is crucial in case of an emergency and is a mandatory KYC parameter. The link for the "KYC" will be sent on WhatsApp after you complete the booking instructions mentioned on the website. Submitting incomplete/incorrect/fake details in the form or not submitting the form within 24 hours of receiving it, will make your booking invalid and no refund will be provided in such case.
Why is submitting KYC information mandatory?
Ans. Its a standard protocol and also a guideline by Govt of India. We are accountable for every "Human-Body" present at our event is our responsibility and in case of any unfortunate event we will be asked by authorities to provide all relevant information about you. In order to comply with the authorities we have to register authentic information from you.
Does the cancellation/rescheduling policy apply immediately after booking?
Ans. Yes, the policy is applicable irrespective of the booking date. The cancellation / reschedule policy is applicable to everyone with immediate effect from the date and time of booking. The refunds/rescheduling requests will be processed based on the date and time of cancellation/reschedule request sent to us and the date and time of booking the event are irrelevant.

The weather Manali and Kasol is pretty cold as of now. The route to "Kheerganga" has opened up. Mischief Treks has scheduled multiple batches of Manali tour from Mumbai Dates are For the year 2024 the dates are 07-Apr, 21-Apr, 05-May, 19-May, and 02-Jun-2024. Participants get to opt for the tour package along with Train travel from Mumbai to Delhi, and also AC bus from Delhi to Manali.
- 90% will be refunded if cancelled 30 days (720+ hrs) in advance.
- 75% will be refunded if cancelled 20 days (480+ hrs) in advance.
- 50% will be refunded if cancelled 10 days (240+ hrs) in advance.
- 0% refund if cancelled in less than 10 days (240 hours) of the event date and time.
- 0% refund if the participant drops out, misses bus pickup, does not reach the meeting point on scheduled date and time.
Cancellation Policy Explanation
- The calculation will be based on total tour cost that you have booked. Incase you have paid only a partial amount, the partial payment (if any) is not taken into consideration for calculating refund percentage based on total tour cost.
- If the event itself gets cancelled by Mischief Treks, The participant will be given the option to switch to any other event or any other date, Or you can opt for 100% refund. No charges will be deducted and the Participant will gets full refund of the amount paid by him/her.
- If the Participant has initiated the cancellation request, The percentage of refund is applicable after deduction of third-party cancellation charges i.e. train and stay. The cancellation charges of train tickets and stay need to be paid by the participant. For this event the stay cancellation charges are 1500/- per person and train cancellation charges will be as applicable as per Indian Railways rules.
- Any external charges like convenience charges, train ticket booking charges of travel agents, or any other charges are not refundable.
- In case the train tickets booked for the tour remain in waiting until 24 hours prior to departure date, We can assist in getting Tatkal Tickets as per tatkal timing of IRCTC. Additional charges for Tatkal or premium needs to be paid by the participant as applicable.
- In case tatkal or premium tatkal is not available and existing waiting list ticket gets cancelled by IRCTC, The participant will have to cancel his/her tour as per Point number 3 in this section.
- Based on availability the Participant may be provided an option to reschedule the tour for a later date. The Rescheduling will be done as per residual amount after deducting stay cancellation charges and this would require differential charges to be paid by the participant.
- In case of Partial Payment for booking the slot, the balance payment needs to be paid 20 days prior to departure date and time. If the participant defaults in making payment and does not clear the dues 20 days prior to departure date, the partial amount will be forfeited and the participant will be considered drop out.
- Non-Adherence to any of the terms and details explained on this page, or intentionally ignoring the terms will lead to disciplinary action against the said participant and he/she may be expelled from the group.
Rescheduling request by Participant
- If you need to reschedule your booking to any other date, it can be done after paying cancellation charges for stay and travel, booked for the given date.
- Rescheduling can only be done based on availability for the given date.
NOTE: Please do not book this event if you do not agree to the terms and details mentioned on this page. This mutually agreed cancellation policy is applicable to the participant and us as well. The Date and time of cancellation request sent to us will be considered for calculation of the applicable slab given above. The basis of the cancelation policy is to protect the participant and the organizers from undue financial losses arising out of unforeseen situations. If the event gets canceled due to the medical/personal emergency of the organising team member, the participants will not have to suffer financial loss. Similarly, if there is a medical/personal emergency at the participant's end, the organizing team will not have to suffer financial loss.
