- Early Booking is Essential: The Tent City, managed under the aegis of Gujarat Tourism, is incredibly popular and gets sold out months in advance. Key dates like full moon nights, Christmas, and New Year's Eve are the first to go. Planning and booking early is critical.
- All-Inclusive Packages: The Tent City offers an all-inclusive experience, which typically covers your premium tent accommodation, all meals, guided tours to the White Rann and Kalo Dungar, and access to a wide array of cultural programs and in-house activities.
- Permit Management: A government permit is mandatory to visit the White Rann. We handle all the necessary permit formalities for our participants to ensure a smooth and hassle-free visit.
Did You Know? The Tent City is a marvel of temporary architecture. Every single year, this entire city comprising hundreds of luxury tents, multiple dining halls, stages, administrative blocks, and marketplaces is built from the ground up in the middle of the salt desert. After the festival concludes, it is completely dismantled, leaving the pristine landscape of the Rann untouched.
